Step 1: The first step is to gather your required documents. Please check the list below.

  2. You need a valid passport covering your course duration.
  3. You need proof that you can pay for your expenses while in Canada.
  4. You will also need to submit passport size photographs. We recommend having at least 5-10 copies if more are required.
  5. You need a medical certificate showing that you are in good health.
  6. You must submit your Statement of Purpose. (SOP), we can check and help you make a better SOP. (if needed)
  7. Your Canada Study Permit.
  8. You need an English language test scorecard like the IELTS.
  9. Lastly, you must have a police certificate stating that you have a clean image.

Step 2: The next thing is to check the processing times. It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. However, please check the Canadian Consulate website to know the time. Please note that it will be an estimated time.

Step 3: You can apply online, for which you will need a scanner or camera to make digital copies of your documents and a credit card for payment. You need to go to your regional VAC to scan your fingerprints. Furthermore, you also need to go to the VFS office to submit passports, the fee paid confirmation, and form confirmation.
