Popular Intakes in New Zealand Universities
There has been a considerable increase in the number of Indian students admitted across various universities in New Zealand for 2021-2022 thus far compared to the previous year. There are some specific typical intakes that aspiring applicants, as per the university, and the program in New Zealand, have two intake seasons, i.e. February and July. Hence, overseas students apply for admission to both terms. The majority of access occurs in July. But some of the Universities used to offer intake in September and November.

Universities in New Zealand without IELTS
- Following are the conditions that students should have to study in New Zealand without IELTS:
- Applicants should provide proof of studying in an English medium school from at least classes 8-12.
- For applying for a visa in New Zealand, the New Zealand immigration authority conducts a specific interview for students without IELTS.
- For the University of Canterbury New Zealand, international students can provide their proficiency in the English language by the evidence of completing an academic qualification from an English medium higher secondary or primary school.
- University of Auckland and Lincoln university have their English program, which is more accessible than the IELTS, so students can quickly complete the course. They will be exempted from all English language proficiency requirements.
If the candidate is unable to fulfil any of the above criteria, they can join the English for Otago program to qualify for admission at the university of Otago.
