However, 12 UK higher education institutions are awarding 13 postgraduate scholarships to Indian students.   • The University of Edinburgh and the Scottish Government are working together to provide funding and support for these scholarships.
  • The £8,000 value of each scholarship will be awarded for a full academic year. Your tuition payments will be subtracted from the prize.
  • In addition to their course of study, scholars will be asked to take part in a variety of events during the academic year, such as welcoming and end-of-year gatherings and events that promote Scotland and Scottish Higher Education.
  • £8,000 off tuition fees for undergraduate students
  • £6,000 off tuition fees for postgraduate students.

Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarships

  • Through CWIT, Indian professionals in their early to mid-career stages can spend time in the UK, assisting them in pursuing their goals in art, academia, and the workplace as well as expanding their global network. For forty years, British Council India and the Charles Wallace India Trust (CWIT) have collaborated for this.

  • Gates Cambridge provides approximately 80 full-cost scholarships to deserving candidates from non-UK nations so they can pursue a postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge in any subject. Students will be eligible for about two-thirds of these scholarships; there will be about 25 awards available in the US round and 55 in the international round.

Bristol University Think Big Scholarships

  • Think Big Scholarships are available from the University of Bristol to help international students further their studies in the UK. Applications for the academic year 2024 are now being accepted. 
  • The University of Bristol offers Think Big grants to overseas students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs. In order to earn a master's degree, students must apply to a two-year program beginning in September 2024 that offers courses in law or social work.
