PTE Exam Cancellation Charges

If you want to withdraw from the PTE Exam, there is a cancellation policy for refunds depending on the number of days of prior notice given for cancellation.

If you cancel the test 14 days or earlier than the test date, you will be eligible for a complete refund of the exam fees.
If you cancel your registration 8 to 13 days prior to the test date, you might be eligible for a 50% refund of the test fees.
However, there will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the test date.

PTE Exam Rescheduling Charges

The PTE exam rescheduling charges are as follows:

If candidates have at least 14 full calendar days left before their test date, they may reschedule their PTE exam without incurring any fees.
14 days or less before your test date, you cannot reschedule. In this scenario, you can only cancel your test and make a new appointment
You can reschedule your test a maximum of six times.
